Swindon business show ‘will be biggest yet’

on .

The South West Business & Community Expo returns to STEAM on Thursday, June 29 for its fourth consecutive year, with organisers saying the event will be bigger and better than ever.

Organisers have joined forces once again with one of the most influential business groups in the UK, which represents more than 22,000 businesses across Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire and Swindon & Wiltshire, Business West.

Over 120 exhibitors have signed up to attend the event, which will also play host to engaging and interactive business workshops, one to one clinics covering a host of small business issues, including access to funding, in addition to excellent networking opportunities.

Attendees in search of some business inspiration need look no further than keynote speakers Roslyn Bell, serial entrepreneur and best-selling author, and start-up guru Nigel Botterill, to name but two.

Ian Larrard, director of the Swindon & Wiltshire Initiative at Business West said: “One of our main objectives at Business West is to help business make meaningful connections across the region, so it makes perfect sense to continue our partnership with SW Expo to deliver this year’s South West Business & Community Expo.

“A bigger and better Expo means that local businesses will benefit from much greater networking opportunities.

“Furthermore, by working together, we’ve been able to devise a fully packed programme of workshops and talks catering to a wide range of small business needs. Best of all its totally free to attend!”

Alec Jones-Hall, director of South West Expo said: “We are delighted to be working alongside Business West again this year and have no doubt that our partnership will continue to deliver a highly successful Expo.

“Our shared passion is supporting regional business growth and this show is designed around attendees meeting new clients, suppliers, prospects - or just catching up with old business associates.”
