Inspire by Wessex Chambers has appointed Paula as a relationship manager for its Elite programme, joining head of network development Henrietta Brown to support the growth of the Inspire Elite network.

Launched back in October, Elite supports the high-growth SMEs that will have the most impact on the local economy as they expand.

Rob Perks, CEO of Inspire, said: “We launched our scale up networks last autumn with the support of The Scale Up Institute and our Local Enterprise Partnership.

“Supporting fast growing SMEs across the area with access to all the resources that are available to them is vital to the success of the Swindon and Wiltshire economy. We are delighted to see the Elite group of Swindon and Wiltshire’s most exciting and fast growing businesses expanding at such a rapid rate and to ensure we deliver on our commitment to support each business in its growth ambitions we needed to grow our own team of relationship managers.

“Paula brings a wealth of experience from both the financial sector and from the food sector as well as experience in working with SMEs. She will be a fantastic addition to our team.”

Paula said: “I am thrilled to have joined Henrietta and the wider Inspire team.  Inspire has developed into an extremely successful not-for-profit organisation, assisting local businesses to grow, increase productivity and provide new job opportunities within our region.

“To be part of the team that helps lead organisations through the maze of support and funding that is available is truly exciting.

“Having spent many years managing, coaching and supporting individuals and their respective businesses, I hope I can engender a partnership-style relationship with these fast-growing businesses across Wiltshire.”
