Two new directorates have been formed at Devizes-based ethical house builder and landlord Aster Group.
Growth & Assurance, led by Dawn Fowler-Stevens, will have responsibility for driving the group’s ambitious growth strategy, with a focus on partnerships with other organisations. It will also ensure the business continues to operate effectively.
People & Transformation, led by Rachel Credidio, will ensure Aster has the strategic focus, as well as the tools required, to implement change, unlock efficiencies and support new ways of working, which will have a positive impact on its customers and employees.
Andrew Jackson, Aster Group chairman, said: “This review of our executive board will enable transformation across the business, which is needed to provide a modern, efficient and engaging employee and customer experience.
