Growing software company Elcome has announced a £¼ million investment to meet customer demands for precise data, matching part numbers to vehicles, in the automotive aftermarket.
Elcome is making the investment in both people – in the fields of data, development, and sales and marketing – and infrastructure at its Wroughton headquarters.
MD Tim Entwistle said: “This is an exciting time for Elcome, but our growth has presented real challenges when it comes to providing the necessary capacity to accommodate our ever-expanding customer base.
Many join us with a rich resume in the automotive and IT sectors, but we have also taken on three new Data recruits at an entry level, sharing our expertise and knowledge of the £480 billion global market.
“The investment is also a necessary part of ensuring that for the longer term we will continue to prosper, delivering solutions essential to our customers and creating high quality jobs in the UK.”
