Telecoms and IT solutions service provider Excalibur Communications has picked up two major awards this week for excellence in employment.
On Wednesday night the Swindon company was named one of the top 100 Small Businesses to Work For by the Sunday Times.
It was the second year in a row that the company was named in the list, and it was ranked 56th.
The accolade came just days after Excalibur was named Employer of the Year at the FSB south west Celebrating Small Business Awards.
Excalibur CEO Peter Boucher said: "“It’s really great news that we’ve retained our position as a Sunday Times 100 Best Small Company to work for.
"Excalibur has had an incredibly busy year and we have all worked hard to maintain a dynamic and compassionate culture as we go for growth and productivity gains.
“I am also always personally staggered by the culture of charity and team within our building. Last year, we raised over £10,000 for charity through a whole range of team and personal initiatives.
"Some were fun, some physically demanding, but by working together we hit our fundraising goals as well as enjoying the process.
"The feel good factor this kind of activity generates has a very positive impact on the business and, as the staff have said themselves, makes it a great place to work.”
