Two Chippenham business consultants were celebrating this week after being named in a list of the Top 50 UK business advisors.
Denise O’Leary, founder of Purpol Marketing and Alison Edgar, managing director of Sales Coaching Solutions Ltd and The Entrepreneur’s Godmother have both been recognised by Enterprise Nation.
Now the pair, who are nominated in different categories, are asking their fanbase to vote for them, and propel them to the number 1 spot.
Alison, who was named one of the UK's Top 10 advisors in 2015, and appears in the sales and marketing category, said: "I’m am overwhelmed to have been chosen again three years on from my original win.
"I just do what I do best by helping businesses to sell their fantastic products and services, to have it recognised is amazing.”
Denise, who has been nominated in the branding and design category, said: "I am truly honoured and excited to be on this year’s shortlist of the Top 50 Adviser's 2018.
"As a marketing business, being nominated is a massive achievement, and acknowledgement of all the great projects we deliver on behalf of our clients.”
The competition also seeks to identify the top advisors in the fields of export, finance and funding, human resources, IT and web, leadership and management, legal, public relations, and strategy.
Emma Jones, founder of Enterprise Nation, said “Behind every successful small business is a network of specialists who know how to maximise an SME’s chances of thriving.
"As their companies grow, the founders and senior staff at SMEs often take on a range of responsibilities which are outside of their usual field of expertise.
"These awards will highlight those who provide professional guidance to the engine of our economy."
The winners will be announced in London on March 12. To cast a vote, visit https://enterprisenation.com/top50
