Young entrepreneurs in Swindon are heading to a brewery for their second event. Members of YESwindon will hear from Hop Kettle Brewing Co founder and entrepreneur Tom Gee during a visit to his Hawkworth Industrial Estate facility.
Delegates will be able to sample some of the craft beers and enjoy nibbles provided by The Grazing Company, whose director Sophie Thomas will give an insight into how The Grazing Company came up with the idea for their Instagram-worthy products and how they managed to secure big name clients.
Co-founder of YESwindon and initiative manager at Business West, Andrew Wells, said: “YESwindon is all about inspiring Swindon’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business professionals.
"Not only do YESwindon events provide a relaxed environment in which to network, our guest speakers are all inspirational young entrepreneurs from the local area.
"Having real life entrepreneurs who have made their business idea a reality is a great way of raising the aspirations of young people and demonstrating the opportunities available to them in Swindon.”
YESwindon is a unique networking group that aims to support young people aged 18-35 in business, and networking events are free to attend.
The event takes place on Thursday, August 1 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. For more information, or to book a place, visit www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/yeswindon-networking-event-tickets-64962586846
