Management buyout at market research company

Tom Weston, who has been COO at Royal Wootton Bassett-based In-house Research Ltd for two years, will be joined by a newly appointed executive director, Craig Pickett.

The agreement was completed on 19 July 2019 with all employees being informed during a breakfast meeting. Malcolm Pitcher, who founded of In-house Research Ltd 22 years ago, said: “From the very beginning I was determined to create a company that provided the highest level of customer service via a friendly and informal corporate culture. I am proud of what the company has achieved. "I can see massive future growth potential for the business, but I feel that it’s time it was looked after by someone else. I wish to concentrate on my training and demonstrations company.

"Tom has done a magnificent job as chief operating officer and I can think of no one better to take In-house Research Ltd to even greater heights.

I will watch the continued success of this company with great pride and satisfaction.” Tom said: “Having been part of the business for nine years, and COO for the last two, I have witnessed In-house Research Ltd develop into a superior customer experience management and research platform.
