Bowden Group Ltd has acquired the 2,228 sq ft (206.98 sq m) Unit 26, at leafy Whaddon Business Park, Whaddon, three miles from the city centre.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major brokered the deal that saw Bowden take a 999-year lease (from 1989) for which the quoting leasehold price was £197,500.

The property is a modern light industrial/warehouse unit which has been improved with the addition of ground and first floor offices. There are cloakroom and kitchen facilities in the warehouse and the unit has four allocated parking spaces.
