Commercial property agent Kavanaghs has successfully let a property in the centre of Bridgewater.
The firm was approached by an existing client, whose tenant had given notice to quit.
Kavanaghs were instructed to deal with bringing the existing tenancy to an end, and to deal with the dilapidations settlement with the outgoing tenant and then market the property to let.
Stephen Brickell, commercial property manager, said: “I am delighted that we have now let 28 Fore Street on a new ten year lease to Gorilla Vaping and also secured a substantial cash settlement regarding the dilapidations claim for the landlord.
“From start to finish we concluded our brief in only three months.”
