Unit 3 at Chaldicott Barns has been let on a three-year lease in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

Quoting leasehold rent for the recently constructed office building facing a central courtyard was £10,000 per annum.

Family-run Chaldicott Barns’ secure offices and warehouses are set within 40 acres of scenic natural woodland in Tokes Lane, Semley.

Unit 3 is an unique staddle stone barn of timber frame construction with a pitched slate roof. The interior is open to the eaves and the oak frame is exposed to view.

Other tenants at the James family’s former farm Chaldicott Barns, awarded rural conversion of the year in 2007 by the Country Landowners Association, include travel company Natural High Safaris, specialist car suppliers RR Elite Ltd, pet products wholesaler and Parajet.
