The units were let by Kavanaghs on behalf of local developer Redhorn Holdings Limited.

The first of which was the letting of units 2 & 3 Avro Way, a new industrial development which completed in 2015 and comprised 3,504 sq ft let on a 10 year lease to Oped UK Limited.

In 2017 the first unit of the next phase was let to General Stores Online, and Kavanaghs negotiated the letting of Unit 9 which extends to 2,819 sq ft on a lease of 10 years to INFiLED EM International Ltd.

Kavanaghs also negotiated the letting of Unit 2 Venture House, a 1,570 sq ft high quality industrial unit to Global Electrical.

“These lettings reaffirm Bowerhill as one of the primary employment sites in Wiltshire. The lettings attest to the view that by using the services of a local agent who has a national and regional reach, you can find good quality tenants,” said graduate surveyor James Short.

“We are finding that there is a severe shortage of industrial properties as a result of demand outstripping the supply.“
