An industrial unit in Westbury has been let to a health, wellness and fitness facility.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated a deal for Unit 2 on Westbury Industrial Estate.
The new tenant is established Westbury-based business Ironworx Gymnasium Ltd which has taken a 10-year lease on the premises.
Quoting rent for the 3,600 sq ft (334 sq m) building was £14,500 per annum.
Myddelton & Major senior surveyor Rachael Ward said: “This workshop/warehouse unit proved a perfect fit for Ironworx and we were delighted to help owner Lee Salter secure a deal.
“With an increasingly large number of people now committing to a healthier lifestyle, it is an excellent time to see fitness facilities grow.”
Westbury Industrial Estate is an established industrial site, based approximately half-a-mile north west of the town centre and adjacent to Westbury station.
