Written by Peter Davison on .

Delta 701Delta 701Established dance school Tanwood has moved into new studios at Swindon’s Delta Business Park.

The dance school, which operates seven days a week and caters to students of dance, singing and acting between the ages of two and 75, was founded in Swindon in 1944 by Mollie Tanner. Today the company is run under the directorship of her daughter, Pollyann.

Tanwood’s new home at Delta 700 offers the school an ideal working studio environment with client and customer car parking, amenities such as The Campanile Hotel, the newly opened KFC and Sainsbury’s all close by with still easy access in to Swindon town centre.

Daniel Pitt of Kilpatrick & Co, which negotiated the letting, said: “Units 701/02 had been previously been a dance studio and had excellent space, light and adaptability to accommodate the instruction of dance teaching, workshops and performances.

“We are pleased that Tanwood have found a new home at Delta 700 and their presence will add great calibre to the area. The landlord was delighted to see Delta 701/02 go to a tenant which is so well respected in Swindon. The landlord and Kilpatrick & Co wish Tanwood School every continued success in their new premises.”
