Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully completed a deal for the 734 sq ft (68.19 sq m) suite on the second floor at 48 High Street.

Inspire Family Solicitors & Mediators Ltd has taken a three-year lease on the property for which the quoting rent was £6,750 per annum.

Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said: “Inspire Family Solicitors deals with all areas of family law – money, property and children as well as divorce or the dissolution of civil partnerships and pre-nuptials.

“The company is also a pioneer of Collaborative Law, an alternative to the destructive and uncomfortable aspects of a conventional divorce or separation.

“Inspire has taken a self-contained second floor suite of offices, arranged as three rooms, which could not be more convenient for the city centre.”

The suite is serviced by kitchen and cloakroom facilities. The offices have air conditioning and electric heating, fitted carpets and strip lighting.

The property is situated in the heart of the city centre in the pedestrianised High Street, the core of the central retail area of the city.

It is close to the entrance to Salisbury Cathedral, as well as the prime Old George Mall Shopping Mall. Public car parking is available nearby in New Street and Crane Street.
