Focal Point SwindonFocal Point SwindonOSL Rail, one of the UK’s leading railway consulting companies which provides rail signalling and multi-disciplinary engineering, technical and project delivery support to rail companies across the UK and internationally, is expanding its Swindon operation by relocating to Focal Point in Swindon town centre.

The 35,000 sq ft office building was recently fully refurbished by Amcor Properties to create a serviced office centre on the first floor and offer conventional office space on the upper floors.

OSL has taken 7,400 sq ft which represents the entire fourth floor of the building and will shortly relocate from its current premises at Alexander House on Fleming Way.

James Gregory, joint letting agent and partner at Alder King, said: “I am delighted on behalf of my clients to welcome OSL Rail to Focal Point.

“As a result of Amcor’s recent investment in the building’s refurbishment, we have seen several companies occupying suites within the Business Centre on the first floor and secured this letting to OSL. We hope to announce further lettings for the large open plan office space on the second and third floors in the near future.”

Bradley Forbes, joint letting agent and partner at Loveday, added: “Our clients have painstakingly enhanced the property by overhauling the reception area and replacing all the WC areas.

“The offices have been comprehensively refurbished and now offer some of the best open plan offices in Swindon town centre, together with on-site parking.”
