Warner HouseWarner HouseThe first ‘Grade A’ quality office space in Salisbury city centre in more than 10 years has now become available to let.

Sixteen office suites are to let at the substantial Warner House in Castle Street, either individually or in combinations.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market the building on behalf of Bournemouth-based Ameriscot Commercial.

Ameriscot, which bought the building last year, is currently carrying out a major refurbishment project to provide high quality open plan office accommodation arranged over ground, first and second floors.

Suites ranging from 422 sq ft (39.20 sq m) to 43,159 sq ft (4,009.47 sq m) are now being offered with rents from £6,570 to £172,500 per annum.

Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said: “Warner House is providing Salisbury with some much-needed, high quality office space which is very much in demand from the city’s businesses.

“This is a cutting edge internal development by a company specialising in quality office refurbishments and providing characterful and attractive space for a range of occupiers.”

The accommodation is to let on a floor by floor basis as well as individual smaller suites being tailored to occupier’s requirements.

There are four ground floor suites, five on the first floor and three on the second floor. The lower ground floor will house four suites.

A feature entrance reception includes twin lifts. Features include LED lighting and air conditioning and recessed floor trunking for data, communications and power distribution, plus WCs and kitchens.

Warner House is adjacent to the River Avon, surrounding amenities include the Central car park (1,500 spaces) and the railway station and main shopping areas, cafés and restaurants all of which are within walking distance.
