Development land at Westbury comes onto market

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market two parcels of land at Brook Lane and Stephenson Road on Northacre Industrial Park.

The 0.58-acres and 0.62-acre development plots are suitable for B1, B2 and B8 uses.

Freehold prices are available on request to Myddelton & Major.

Myddelton & Major associate Rachael Wythe said: “Plot A comprises 0.586 acres situated at the junction of Brook Lane and Stephenson Road. The site is level and site entrance access has been formed off Brook Lane.

“Plot B comprises 0.62 acres fronting Stephenson Road opposite the Hills Group Waste Recycling facility. The site is relatively level. There is an existing site entrance access formed.

“Each plot was granted outline planning consent on 26 November 2001 (Ref: W01/0124/OUT) and modified by section 73 applications (Refs 04/01476/FUL, W/06/00576/FUL and W/06/02532/FUL.

“Interested parties should satisfy themselves as to the planning and suitability of their proposed use with the local planning authority.”

Northacre Industrial Park is situated on the south west edge of the town, 1.5 miles from the centre.

The Industrial Park is within walking distance of the Westbury railway station and opposite the established 174 acre West Wilts Trading Estate.
