A new development of four industrial/warehouse units being built on the outskirts of Wilton has been released to the market.
The units – from 1,500 sq ft (139.35 sq m) to 3,000 sq ft (278.70 sq m) – are at North Station Yard on Warminster Road.
One is already under offer, with rents on the others from £12,000 to £14,000 per annum on new leases.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market the units which adjoin the A36 Southampton to Bristol Trunk Route and give excellent transport links as well as easy access to Wilton and Salisbury.
Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said: “The development comprises two blocks, each of two industrial/warehouse units, which are set to be completed in the autumn.
