One of the UK’s leading providers of CCTV-based traffic enforcement and management solutions has taken space on a popular Westbury business park.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 22 at Oakfield Business Centre on the Northacre Industrial Park, Westbury to Videalert Ltd.
Quoting rent for the 1,545 sq ft (143.49 sq m) modern industrial/warehouse unit with an enclosed compound was £10,500 per annum and Videalert, based in Pinner, Middlesex, signed a five-year lease.
Myddelton & Major commercial agency surveyor Gary Mead said: “Founded in 2004, Videalert provides traffic enforcement and management solutions that improve road safety and traffic flows as well as helping to reduce crime in our cities.
“Videalert reports it is the only company able to provide its own suite of attended, unattended and mobile vehicle CCTV enforcement solutions using the same intelligent digital video software platform.
“The company wished to expand into the strategically-located Northacre Industrial Park which is located on the south-western edge of Westbury, right on the edge of the West Wiltshire Downs – a thriving and hugely popular location for business.”
It lies directly opposite the established 174 acre West Wilts Trading Estate and nearby to the town’s mainline railway station.
Occupiers at Northacre Industrial Park include The Royal Mail, United Milk Plc, ALH Systems and Theraposture Limited, among others.
