Bid-writing expert Denise O’Leary has been confirmed as the keynote speaker at the national Women in Construction Summit in London next month.
Denise, founder and managing director of Chippenham-based Purpol Marketing, will address 1,000 delegates on the topic of From Engineering via Manufacturing to Construction - Steps to Become a Diversity Champion.
The talk will showcase how every reincarnation of your career can pay dividends in the next. Denise will explain how as the founder of her own marketing and bid writing agency, each role in her career journey has provided learning to build a positive foundation for future stages.
Via three male-dominated environments, she will share practical solutions and expertise to provide delegates with a plan of action to help them drive their career forward, disrupt the status quo and champion greater diversity, equality and inclusion.
