Energy reduction specialist SMARTech is expanding its operations into the north of England with the acquisition of energy management specialist, Minimise Ltd.
Stuart Pearce, who founded the Corsham-based firm in 2014, said of the takeover of its Manchester rival: "With greater resources and manpower, we believe the acquisition is of enormous benefit to SMARTech energy’s customers and are delighted to welcome the team on board – and equally excited to bring their skill set and market specialism to SMARTech energy.

Over the past five years SMARTech has established itself as one of the major players in the energy management and reduction sector – typically reducing a commercial organisation’s energy consumption by between 30 and 50 percent.
