The caterers for Sally Pussey’s Inn in Royal Wootton Bassett have pledged to raise over £11,000 to provide 6,000 meals to vulnerable people who can't access a cooked dinner.

So far, Relish Events have raised £2,000 – and have pledged to keep cooking as long as the donations keep coming.

The caterers have teamed up with Open Kitchens, a national food solution that brings together restaurants and their communities to fund, produce and deliver free meals to those in need.

Director Rob Goves said: “Just £1.85 feeds someone in a vulnerable position so every donation no matter how big or small, makes a difference.

"That’s quite a big impact we can make between us. We are calling upon everyone in our community to dig deep and support this amazing initiative.”
