A firm of estate agents is on the move – with a little help from commercial property agents Kavanaghs.
Abiding by the industry mantra location, location, location estate agent Cain & Fuller has relocated from Cirencester’s Market Place to a property in up-and-coming Castle Street.
53 Castle Street is a ground floor shop with prominent display window and return frontage to Castle Street, which forms part of the primary retail area.
The open plan ground floor shop has previously been occupied by two estate agents, although its previous incarnation was as a trendy tattoo parlour. Dating from the early 1700s, the building is Grade II listed.
Stephen Brickell, commercial property manager at Kavanaghs, said: “Matthew was the first to call us when the property became available and has committed to a new ten year lease.
“As a forward-thinking agent Matthew saw the shift in the centre of the retail area of the town away from the Market Place and what a great location the property is in and its great visibility in the town.
“I gather his turnover has already increased and we are really pleased to welcome him to our management portfolio.”
