Leading e-commerce platform provider BigCommerce has appointed Swindon-based web design agency O'Brien Media as an official agency partner.

BigCommerce delivers solutions for small and enterprise businesses to help them meet their online retail and e-commerce goals.

Merchants can easily integrate BigCommerce with their existing customer relationship management software, order management system, email, shipping, and fulfilment systems.

Small businesses can also use BigCommerce as a method of powering e-commerce solutions through WordPress while ensuring that all of the 'heavy lifting' of order acceptance and customer management is handled through the BigCommerce platform.

As a member of the BigCommerce partner program, the O'Brien Media team will be able to access the latest e-commerce technology from BigCommerce.
