A free programme of support for the founders of start-ups and early-stage businesses in Swindon and Wiltshire is being offered by the leading global business incubator, SETsquared.

The Entrepreneurs Workout promises to help business owners lay the foundations for a profitable and successful business – from finding those early customers and deploying an effective marketing strategy through to building a team and being competitive in the marketplace.

The fun and fast-paced online workshop is broken up with exercises working on each delegate's business, alongside case studies and video.

It helps businesses take a deep dive into your business model, value proposition, customer segmentation, channels for winning customers and revenue model, helping them to build a strong foundation for a profitable and successful business.

The fully-funded half-day workshop is designed to be very practical and hands-on and delegates will be putting theory into practice on their own business as well as other established business models.

Over 50 Swindon and Wiltshire-based businesses have taken part and the workshop has attracted positive feedback:

“What a brilliant few day. Really engaging course and lots of meaningful feedback. So great to meet so many others embarking on their business journey.”

“What a great three days of learning. I’m now motivated to take my product further. Highly recommend this course.”

“I really enjoyed this course, thank you so much. I would highly recommend it.”

What makes the programme unique is that it is completely impartial. Delegates will benefit from working with expert mentors, who have been there and done it, who have no agenda other than helping businesses thrive.

There is no hard sell afterwards: the workshop culminates with the opportunity for delegates to pitch their business model and receive speed mentoring so that they go away armed with plenty of valuable feedback and action plan to move forwards.

The next Entrepreneurs Workout will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10, 11 and 14 May.
