Law firm Goughs has kept business local while overhauling its web presence, engaging digital agency Boson Web with Milk & Tweed to design its new website.
The firm said the decision to develop a whole new website, particularly during the pandemic, was not taken lightly – and it wanted to keep its business in the Wiltshire economy by appointing local design and branding agencies.
Goughs Solicitors wanted to create a modern, user-friendly website that provided support and advice to help their clients navigate the often confusing legal landscape.
The website needed to make it as easy as possible for Goughs clients to access the services they need, quickly and efficiently. After deliberation, they chose to work with Boson Web with Milk & Tweed.
Boson Web founder Rich Anderson said: “There's a wealth of talented digital agencies in Wiltshire and we were proud to be selected by Goughs to help them with their new website. It was great to see a large legal firm looking to work with locally-based suppliers.
From day one, it was clear that Goughs were focused on their clients' experience. With a complete range of legal services, for both family and business, Goughs have a huge list of clients with a variety of different needs. Our challenge was, and will continue to be, to help each unique visitor to get the very best experience with Goughs, online.”
Daisy Froggatt, Goughs’ senior marketing executive, said: “We couldn’t be happier with how this collaboration has gone. Not only are we proud to have worked with an award-winning local business, who clearly understands our needs, but we have fulfilled our intentions of putting the client and their user experience at the heart of the matter.
"We look forward to continuing to work with Boson, constantly aiming to improve our client’s online experience.”
