Law firm Goughs has strengthened its growing family and private client teams with the appointment of two new solicitors, Georgina Catlin and Luchia Hirst.
Georgina joins the family department in Calne and specialises in all aspects of family law work, including divorce and separation, financial matters, injunctions and arrangements for children.
"I am thrilled to be a part of the Family department at Goughs and I’m looking forward to working within a legal 500 accredited family law team," said Georgina.
“Family matters are often complex, which is why I always take the time to work with my clients to achieve the best possible outcome, during what can be a very stressful time.”
Meanwhile, the private client team has welcomed back Luchia Hirst to its Corsham office where she will be dealing with matters including the preparation of wills, probate and estate administration, trusts and trust legacy administration, as well as lasting powers of attorney and care fee planning.
“Goughs has a strong reputation for its private client services and our clients benefit from the team’s collective breadth of knowledge and experience," said Luchia.
“I enjoy helping clients get their financial and property affairs in order, providing them and their families with peace of mind for the future.”
HR director Victoria Nash said: "We continue to attract high calibre professionals to join our established teams and are continuing to expand in response to our growing client base.
"I truly believe this is due to the fact we offer outstanding career progression opportunities tailored to each individual person who joins the firm, alongside the true work-life balance.
“This is a very exciting time to be part of Goughs Solicitors. Our on-going investment in our people and our absolute commitment to providing not only excellent service, but also being trusted advisers to our clients, sets us apart from many other firms."
