"The last few months underline the value of our existing robust systems and processes, which have enabled us to provide the high-quality service our clients quite rightly expect, whether our staff are working from home or in the office.
"We know we are in safe hands when such a capable person as Andrew is not only overseeing our IT infrastructure, but is also looking ahead to ensure our systems are future-proof, secure and client-focused”.
Andrew said: “Current events allow us all to see how important it is to have a solid IT foundation in place in order to maintain service delivery, whilst at the same time engaging with our clients, our staff and the community as a whole.
"What has impressed me so far in my time at ABD has been the firm’s ability to respond to such a demanding environment in a seamless manner.
"I am very pleased to join the firm at this point and look forward to helping drive the business forward”.
