Law firm Goughs has appointed commercial property specialist Olivia Holden to its growing commercial property and real estate team.

The legal 500 accredited law firm opened its seventh office earlier this year. This new office accommodates its growing commercial and corporate services offering with the team now based at the Greenways Business Park, Chippenham office.

Olivia will handle a diverse portfolio of work with a focus on acquisitions and disposals, property re-finance, and landlord and tenant work.

Gemma Sumsion, head of the corporate and commercial property teams said: “Welcoming Olivia to the team is a great indication of how well the team have performed this year despite the pandemic.

"We have not only moved to new offices, but we have worked throughout, enabling us to service both new and existing clients. Olivia’s knowledge and expertise in commercial property and real estate will be a great support to an ever-ambitious team and we have no doubt that we can build on our client offering and continue our expansion.”

Olivia added: “I am delighted to be joining such a well-established firm with a great regional reputation. I am looking forward to expanding my network of connections within the Wiltshire community and beyond.

"As a real estate solicitor I thoroughly enjoy the technical side of the role including investigating title and enjoying the buzz of seeing a matter from start to finish, whilst always ensuring clients are well-informed throughout.”
