Expanding law firm Goughs has appointed two new solicitors to its real estate, land and development team.
Senior associate solicitor Aimee Glover and solicitor Sophie Crawford have joined the team from DAC Beachcroft in Bristol.
The team specialises in complex housebuilding and development projects for a range of private house-builders, land promoters and landowners including Redcliffe Homes and Stonewood Partnerships.
Andrew Given, partner and head of real estate, land and development, said: “The last five years has seen significant growth for the team both in terms of projects and turnover.
"With Aimee and Sophie joining us, the increase in resource means we can target new business more efficiently whilst continuing to support the ambitions of our existing clients.”
On joining Goughs, Aimee said: "“What really attracted me to the team was the diversity of work on offer.
"From large scale urban expansion to bespoke mixed use developments, every site is different and I’m looking forward to managing projects from start to finish.”
Sophie added: “I’m excited to have joined a niche practice with major ambitions.
"The team spirit and positivity is refreshing and the sky’s the limit when it comes to the next five years. I can’t wait.”
