Swindon-based accountancy firm MHA Monahans has appointed Paul Beecham as insolvency manager, strengthening its restructuring and insolvency team across the South West of England.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in both personal and corporate insolvency and joins the independent chartered accountancy firm from Begbies Traynor Group.
He was attracted to MHA Monahans as the company’s client-centric approach means he will be given even greater licence to assist new clients and respond to their needs.
“People invest in people and I have always been focused on connecting with individuals as a trusted business advisor who can add value, be it through business recovery or insolvency,” said Paul.
“The past year has undoubtedly been one of the most challenging in living memory for businesses. As we continue to get to grips with the pandemic, I am looking forward to having the opportunity to utilise my experience to help directors, creditors and other stakeholders navigate its financial impact.”
Steve Elliott, insolvency partner, said: “It’s a great pleasure to welcome Paul to the team. His attitude to business recoveries and insolvencies sits firmly with our business approach of nurturing relationships.
"His recruitment demonstrates the firm’s continued investment and commitment to growing our insolvency and asset recovery offering.”
