Estate agent and chartered surveyor Myddelton & Major has made two new appointments to its residential lettings department.
The Salisbury-based firm has appointed Sarah MacDougall (pictured left) and Abi Isaac (right) as property managers and lettings negotiators.
Sarah previously worked for Myddelton & Major in its commercial management department and returns to the company after a period heading up lettings at Whites Estate Agents.
“I am very excited to return to Myddelton & Major and take the role of property manager," said Sarah.
“The company is famed for both its exacting standards of professionalism and its close-knit and friendly team.”
“The lifting of Covid restrictions will enable myself and my fellow agents to meet face to face with our clients, landlords and tenants once again and this is a prospect we all relish.
“I very much look forward to bringing new business to Myddelton & Major’s growing residential department.”
Abi has a degree in interior design and has previously worked in building management and for Strutt and Parker in Salisbury.
“My father, brother and partner all work in property, so I grew up appreciating the beauty and value of property," said Abi.
“To be taking my next steps in property with a company as highly respected as Myddelton & Major is exciting.
“I’m especially looking forward to meeting all our wonderful clients and their homes and seeing the excitement on people’s faces when we hand over their keys and they begin the next stage of their property journey.”
Alastair Brain, partner in residential lettings and management, said: “I am delighted to welcome Sarah back to Myddelton & Major.
"She is an incredibly experienced and personable property professional who instils great confidence in her clients.
"She will be an asset to the residential lettings and management department and to the company as a whole.”
“We are delighted to welcome Abi to Myddelton & Major.
"She has a deep-rooted passion for property which comes across as soon as you meet her, making her a great addition to the team.”
