The Salisbury branch of a large property business has acquired a new home of its own.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 5, Barnack Business Centre in Blakey Road, Salisbury to Ward Williams Associates, a company with six UK offices.
Quoting rent for the unit was £8,000 per annum on a new 10-year lease.
Myddelton & Major surveyor Gary Mead said: “Ward Williams Associates look after more than 300 construction clients in six UK cities and we’re pleased to be able to facilitate the Salisbury office’s move to Barnack Business Centre.
“This 694 sq ft (64.47 sq m) first floor office unit has open plan offices, air conditioning, parking space and an internal meeting room behind a glass partition.”
Barnack Business centre is on the south western edge of the city centre, with easy access to the A36 Southampton Road. It is close to Wiltshire College and other commercial users on the adjoining Milford Trading Estate.
