Swindon property commercial agent Kilpatrick & Co has been instructed to market five premises on Swindon's bustling Commercial Road.

The largest is the former Office Angels unit at 18-20 Commercial Road, where part- open plan and part-partitioned offices are available with central heating, air conditioning and kitchen/staff room to the rear with male and female toilets and is available at an asking rent of £20,000 per annum – described by the agents as "a bargain".
