Marlborough law firm expands into Hungerford

A Marlborough law firm has expanded into Hungerford, in a property deal brokered by commercial property agents Kilpatrick & Co.

Marlborough Law will be moving into The Courtyard, Hungerford alongside another new tenant, Claritas Accountancy Ltd.

The law firm, which was established in 2017, will maintain its headquarters at Elcot Business Park in Marlborough, and its satellite office at Old Ford Court in Pewsey.

Full of historic character with exposed wooden beams, the suite of offices at The Courtyard, Hungerford is situated on the first floor and extend to 658 sq ft with two parking spaces.

Daniel Pitt of Kilpatrick & Co said: “Both tenants are new to Hungerford and we wish them every success in expanding their businesses offering new professional services to the West Berks community.”

Kilpatrick & Co, who manage the Courtyard precinct in Hungerford on behalf of the freehold owner, have
a shop unit coming available to let. It extends to 302 sq ft and is suitable for any retail or alternative uses. The asking rent is £7,500 per annum.
