Virtual tours are helping house-hunters in Wiltshire narrow down the search for their dream home from the comfort of their living rooms.

Five-star builder Bellway has created a virtual tour of the showhomes at Tadpole Rise in Swindon, Tithecote Manor in Bradford on Avon, Bowood View in Melksham, Dickens Gate in Rudloe, Vicarage Gardens in South Marston and Quakers Walk in Devizes, as a safe and easy way for people to get a good idea of the property’s layout and design.

This new way of viewing homes has been offered by the house-builder as a safer alternative to having to view the property in person.

For those who would still prefer a personal look at the homes, one-to-one bookings with Bellway sales advisors are available, abiding by social distancing measures.

Sales manager for Bellway South West, Rachel Way, said: “The virtual tours which are now available at all our developments across the region, offer prospective buyers the chance to explore the high-quality properties we have available from the comfort of their own homes.

“We understand that in the current climate, people may feel uncomfortable with leaving the safety of their homes, so we have put in a lot of effort to make sure that the virtual experience of looking around our houses is just as good as seeing them at first hand.

“A lot of hard work and careful planning goes into constructing our new homes, so we want as many people to see them as possible and for everyone to have to the opportunity to find their dream house.”
