Law firm Goughs has opened its seventh Wiltshire office – despite the pandemic.

The office at Greenways Business Park, Chippenham is the second for the firm within Chippenham, which is a key business hub for the firm due to its connectivity via the M4 and the rail links.

Partner and head of commercial, Gemma Sumsion, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be increasing our commercial presence in the west.

"The decision was made to bring our whole Commercial team together so we can work more collaboratively and creatively. This is proving hugely successful for us as we continue to welcome new clients and expand the team.”

Andrew Given, partner and head of real estate, land and development, added: “We are very proud of the work we do within the commercial team and moving to new open-plan offices was the logical next stage.

"This new environment has encouraged greater engagement and our clients are now delighted that they have all their key lawyers operating out of one space.

"With the variety of meeting rooms we have and the latest technology we can safely and productively continue to service our clients.”

The team of lawyers cover family matters, residential property, corporate and commercial work, commercial property, land and development, dispute resolution, construction employment, wills trusts and probate, personal injury and medical negligence.
