Construction and housing services firm Lovell Partnerships has moved into an n industrial/warehouse unit with offices at Amesbury’s Solstice Park, in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Best known for work in the affordable and social housing field, Lovell was seeking a Wiltshire operations base while it continues to work in partnership with the DIO and MOD across Salisbury Plain, delivering service family accommodation as part of the Army Basing Programme.
Quoting rent for the 2,684 sq ft (249.35 sq m) end terrace unit in Solar Way was for £19,500 per annum and the tenant has agreed a four-year lease.
