Expanding customer satisfaction and market research firm In-house Research Ltd has moved into new premises in a deal brokered by commercial property agents Loveday.

In-house has taken a 2,600 sq ft office at Coped Hall Business Park in Royal Wootton Bassett.

In-house operate the largest, wholly independent, telephone customer satisfaction surveys in the UK housebuilding and construction sector.

The firm was bought out by its chief operating officer, Tom Weston, last summer.

“Following continued growth we required new office space that enabled us to continue with our expansion and be able to accommodate a larger team," said Tom, who now holds the position of chief executive.

"Offices of this size and in this location are in short supply, so we were delighted to agree terms on the modern space."

Bradley Forbes of Loveday said: "We were delighted to be able to agree terms with In-house Research Limited and are pleased that they have chosen Coped Hall for their new home.

"After a steady run of activity only two units remain available within the business park."
