Half Moon Bay Warehouse

A multi-million-pound warehouse and distribution facility with offices and showroom on Warminster Business Park has become available due to proposed relocation.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major have been instructed to market the Half Moon Bay Warehouse in Stephens Way.

The premises is divided into two warehouses, totalling 23,507 sq ft and 25,945 sq ft, including purpose-built offices, storage mezzanines and the ground floor showroom.

The steel portal frame construction buildings feature insulated profile sheet wall and roof cladding, 5m to 7m eaves height and four roller shutter loading doors.

Freehold guide price for the extensive 49,452 sq ft multi-unit complex is £2.85 million with vacant possession.

Myddelton & Major partner Philip Holford said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a large warehouse complex on a self-contained site comprising 1.98 acres.”

“I’m expecting strong interest in this one, not least because of the highly convenient location, but also the shortage of larger-scale warehousing to purchase in the region.”

Warminster Business Park is situated on the south west of Warminster town centre, with direct access to the Bath Road. Warminster railway station is less than a mile away.
