Law firm Awdry Bailey & Douglas has leased additional space at the property it occupies in Swindon to meet increased client demand.

The firm opened its newly-built Swindon office on March 1st this year, and has now extended the lease to take all 2,000+ square feet of ground-floor space at 2 Gateway North, Swindon.

2 Gateway North is conveniently located on Latham Road adjoining the B4534 Lady Lane and the A419 dual carriageway to the North of Swindon.

With dedicated car parking spaces available on site and being easily accessible from all parts of Swindon - via Junction 15 of the M4, the A419 in both directions and being directly opposite the David Lloyd Health Club – the firm’s new office has proved to be popular.

From their office in Swindon the firm provides advice and guidance on a wide range of practice areas including Agricultural Property, Conveyancing, Commercial, Employment, Family Law, Land and Development, Litigation and Private Client services.

Resident Partner of the Swindon office, Tim Hotchkiss, who is also a member of ABD’s Management board, said: “As demand for our services in Swindon have increased we are delighted to be able to take full advantage of the extra space available to us at 2 Gateway North.
