Fashion and lifestyle logistics business Bleckmann has signed a long-term lease to let the entire space available at Trinity Park, Swindon.
The 80,000 sq ft space taken by Bleckmann Logistics combines two units of 43,000 sq ft and 37,000 sq ft each.
Trinity Park was completed earlier this year by Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood and incorporates warehouse and industrial space.
The building will allow Dutch company Bleckmann to offer international omnichannel clients a foothold in the UK, handling warehousing and delivery.
Mark van Onna, general manager of real estate at Bleckmann, said: “We have quickly outgrown the capacity of the current Swindon operation.
"Therefore, we were looking for additional capacity in the area to further accommodate the growth of our existing clients, as well as onboarding of new clients, whilst utilising the skilled experience of the Swindon team.”
James Drew, development director at Trebor Developments, said: "We are delighted to have completed the letting of the whole at Trinity Park to Bleckmann, the letting was concluded in just five weeks from the commencement of negotiations.
"This transaction continues the sharp take-up we have seen across our recently developed, high-quality logistics accommodation where available for immediate occupation."
