A refurbishment programme by asset and property management company FI Real Estate Management has been unveiled at 3 Newbridge Square in Swindon town centre.
Following the completion of this work, the eight-storey office building now benefits from new VRF air conditioning, suspended ceilings with LED lighting, restyled bathroom facilities and a modern, welcoming reception area.
Communal spaces have been enhanced and now include stylish meeting rooms, break out areas, and a business hub.
All upgrades have been designed to provide local businesses with a flexible setup and layouts that accommodate different operational requirements, in a prime, sought-after location.
Totalling 60,000 sq ft, 3 Newbridge Square occupies the heart of Swindon, adjacent to the bus terminal and only three minutes from Swindon train station.
The contemporary, high-spec office space offers impressive views across the town from the upper floors and is surrounded by a number of local amenities including the Brunel Shopping Centre, Cineworld and a gym.
The completion of renovation works coincides with law firm, Royds Withy King, leasing 3,975 sq ft of space at the Newbridge Square development, leaving 20,989 sq ft remaining across the third, sixth and seventh floors.
A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “We understand that providing our tenants with first-class facilities has a positive impact on the growth of their businesses. That’s why we are delighted to announce the completion of this extensive programme of works at 3 Newbridge Square.
"It is our pleasure to be welcoming reputable law firm, Royds Withy King, to the 3 Newbridge Square family. We’re confident that our ongoing investment will make a huge difference to the quality of working life for employees using the building.”
